During this time when we constantly eat to celebrate the holiday cheer, it's important to balance all the sweets and meat with omega 3s. What better way to do that than serving salmon teriyaki? Here's a little tutorial on how to make the best salmon teriyaki recipe ever.
Here are the ingredients you'll need:
2 lbs of fresh salmon, preferably with the skin
salt seasoning (garlic salt, rock salt, or just simply iodized salt is also ok)
Teriyaki sauce
Instructions
1. Wash the slices of salmon, put in a pyrex, and season with salt. It helps to put foil underneath the salmon so it doesn't stick on the pyrex.
2. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce, then bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
3. Let it cool for 5 minutes then serve.
I served this during Princess One's birthday party and it was gone halfway through the party.
During our Thanksgiving dinner, we brought salmon teriyaki as part of our potluck. As you can see, it's one among the healthy stuff that we enjoyed during our gathering.
This is so simple to make and so delicious even to the picky palate that I highly recommend it for you to prepare this season.
Happy feasting :)
