Best Bruschetta Appetizer Ever!

I learned how to make the best bruschetta appetizer ever when my aunt and cousin from Canada came over. They really introduced us to good-tasting foods and I'm so excited to share this very easy recipe to you.

Here are the ingredients you need:

3 plump and ripe tomatoes

Feta cheese

Fresh basil

Balsamic vinegar

Salt

Photobucket

Garlic bread

Photobucket

Instructions:

Chop or slice tomatoes into little pieces.

Chop or slice basil leaves into little pieces until you have one teaspoon in quantity.

Mix the tomatoes and basil leaves. Add balsamic vinegar and salt according to taste.

Put the mixed tomatoes and basil leaves on top of the garlic bread. Add feta cheese as a topping.

Serve and enjoy!
